We're happy to take shoes back for a full refund or exchange - no questions asked - for any reason (or even no reason whatsoever), subject to terms and conditions. Here's what you need to do if you are returning items back to us.


Please log in to your account at, select RETURNS on the left, click the big orange button and follow the steps.
We'll get back to you within 1 working day to confirm the details of the return. We'll send you a link from where you can download an RMA Packing Slip.
Place the RMA Packing Slip inside the shoebox. Please pack the shoes in their original, unused, saleable condition. You can re-use the original courier bag (please do not use the shoebox as outer packaging or write / stick anything on the box).The returns address is shown on the bottom half of the RMA Packing Slip.
Post the shoes back to us. Please note you will need to pay return postage costs. If you paid for your order with next day delivery, we are unable to refund the delivery charges. We only refund return postage if there is a fault with the shoes or if we have made a mistake. Accordingly, you can send the shoe back via any service of your choice, such as Royal Mail or cheaper alternatives like MyHermes and Collect+. We always recommend getting proof of postage.
